I am busy bee

With GMAT test coming up soon, I have been having scary dreams. But the good news is that finalizing a test date makes me more focussed, only though ot add up to my nightmares. DS are getting on me, and RCs drive me crazy. As if that wasn’t enough, I am a super-genius, super-efficient at my calculations. Why do stupid mistakes want to be my best friends during the test when I can do much better without them? You know, only yesterday, I added up 3 and 3 to make 9. (Aryabhatta must be grumbling since then) Awwwwww, how can I do it right?

I am yet to complete even half of OG, but the good part is started each section from the end and so I am doing the tougher questions initially. Lets hope I do get more time in hand to produce some worthy output. Iam still very optimistic, I can and will do the best.

And yes, as per the advice of my fellow bloggers – Marina and B-school diva, I have started giving short pitches of better concentration to GMATting. I feel this helps. One, I can give shorter hours much more easily and second, because the results are better and I feel better about my performance. Yes, I had an even lousier testing outcome till yesterday. Thanks for your tips; I appreciate them.

I am glad that is working out for you. Just think...the day you take the test is the last time (hopefully) that you will ever have to do those kinds of problems.

RC drives me crazy too. But after learning the Manhattan GMAT method for RC it has became much easier. You will never read an entire passage again!!! Check out the Manhattan GMAT RC book. (You can order it from Amazon.com)

I hate to keep preaching the greatness of Manhattan GMAT but I am so happy with the results.

If I might ask you, what is your hit rate with RCs?

Are you asking me? If so, I only missed one out of 12 on my last exam. Before Manhattan, I was about 50/50
